Ordered strawberries for a birthday. The guy was very rude when asked wht happened to the card message. He literally gave me a card and told me to write on it,and walked off as if I just didn’t pay almost 60.00 for some strawberries. Correct the mistake!!

I told my husband i wanted chocolate covered strawberries for valentines. He went to edible arrangements because I called and a sweet lady told me they could put some strawberries in the box in a few minutes. When my husband got there he was told he would have to leave and come back later to get it by some man that worked there unless he got something that was already made. Needless to say he couldn't come back later and that was not what the lady told use over the phone. For 8 pineapples cut into heart shapes and maybe 20 strawberries and only half was dipped in chocolate he was charged $135. And the strawberries we extremely small. I understand the time and supplies but this was ridiculous.

I have used the Youree Drive store a few times to send fruit platters. This time my order was complicated—three different locations and a few extra details. Steven Baker was patient and got it all done easily, professionally and patiently. I hope management knows what an asset he is to clients far away. Thank You Steven 🙏🙏

25 yr wedding anniversary and for $86, you think they would double check the orders. 1st time to order and will be my last. Yes they sent my husband a happy birthday balloon instead of anniversary. Yes it’s a little thing but an important day. They did refund the 6$ for the balloon. Now my hubby is at work with a note on balloon that it’s not his b day, just that edibles screwed up.

My husband ordered my valentines gift a week in advance. My order was never delivered so I had to go to the store to pick it up. When I did so I wasn't given everything that was ordered. Their excuse, they ran out. Ok so they offered me something in its place. Ok great but they were going to just let me leave without giving me the whole order I had to speak up. My flowers that were $40 were completely wilted. Completely overpriced.
